Jesus is Light, Life, Love, and Living Word

According to the Scriptures, Jesus is light, life, love, and the living Word. I've illustrated it here for you on this graphic. Tap the image to enlarge it, so you can see everything clearly.

Scriptures

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men." (Jn 1:1-4).

This verses teaches us that the life that was in Jesus, the Word of God, was the light of men. In other words, Jesus, the Word of God, was and is life and light. Therefore, we can say that Life equals Light equals equals the living Word.

"The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world." (Jn 1:9)

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." (Joh 8:12)

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” (Jn 11:25)

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (Jn 14:6).

"Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love." (1 Jn 4:8).

Since God is love and Jesus is God, we know that Jesus is love. Therefore, Jesus the living Word of God is light, life, and love.

Lord, you are love, your are life, your are light

You're my joy and my delight

You alone are the Living Word 

Help me to obey what I have heard

Jesus said, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (Jn 13:35).

Conclusion

Jesus is everything we need. He is our all in all.

Do You Want to Know Him?
If you want to know Jesus personally, you can. It all begins when you repent and believe in Jesus.  Do you know what G-d's Word, the Bible says?

“Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of G-d, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.’” (Mar 1:14b-15).  He preached that we must repent and believe.
